System components are not accessories in the sense of a nice addition. Without a radio link the platform does not go into the building, without a battery swap the deployment ends after the first charge, and without a transport solution a platform in the 600 kg class never reaches the site at all. We therefore list them as a category of their own rather than as an appendix to the product list — so that they do not get lost in the procurement process.
The category falls into two groups: operation and communication — remote control, control station, data link — and energy and logistics — battery swaps, chargers, docking and transport.
These are the components we supply with the platform. Which ones you need depends on terrain, deployment time and transport route — we work that out together.
Handheld unit for operating the platform manually — driving, payload control and emergency stop. It belongs to every platform and does not have to be ordered separately.
Fixed workstation for longer deployments and several vehicles: live video, sensor readings and mission planning on a larger screen, designed to be run from the response vehicle or from the control room.
Radio link between vehicle and operator position, designed for the moment it breaks off inside a building or tunnel: mesh operation with deployable relay nodes, or a mobile network connection as an alternative. Encrypted end to end.
Exchangeable energy storage instead of standing at the charger. The swap happens on site, so the platform is working again within minutes while the empty pack charges.
Portable charger for the site — run from the mains, from a generator or from the response vehicle’s own supply.
Fixed station with automatic charging for platforms permanently stationed on a site. After its round the vehicle returns by itself and is ready for the next one.
Trailers, mounting in the equipment vehicle and loading aids. The most obvious question about a platform beyond the 150 kg class is how it gets to the site — these components answer it.
