Links to external sites — to nexos.group, GitHub or our social media profiles, for instance — are ordinary links. Data is only transmitted once you click such a link and open the external site.
When you access this website, your browser transmits technically necessary data which the server records. In particular:
The purpose is delivering the website, ensuring system security and investigating faults. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in technically sound and secure operation. This data is not combined with other data sources. Log data is deleted once it is no longer required for these purposes.
This website does not run on our own servers. The host processes the data described under section 3 on our behalf under a data processing agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR. The site is served from a server located in Germany.
The server of this website sets no cookies. Cookies arise solely through Google Analytics 4 — and only if you expressly consent. Without consent the analytics script is not loaded at all, so no connection to Google is established either.
Your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage, not in a cookie; it does not leave your device. The legal basis for storage and access is § 25(1) TDDDG (the German act implementing the ePrivacy rules), and for the subsequent processing Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Following your consent we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are visited and how visitors arrive at the site. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
In Google Analytics 4, IP anonymisation is built in and permanently active. For access from the EU, Google collects the data via domains and servers in the EU before forwarding it to the Analytics servers. A transfer to Google in the United States cannot be ruled out; see section 9.
The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with § 25(1) TDDDG. You may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future — via the cookie settings.
You can send us an enquiry using the form on the contact page. We process the details you enter — name, e-mail address, organisation and your message — along with technical transmission data.
On submission the form is transmitted directly to HubSpot, which we use as our customer management system. No HubSpot script is embedded in this website; a connection to HubSpot is established only at the moment you click “Send”. Until then your input stays on your device.
The purpose is handling your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you give expressly in the form, and Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry is aimed at concluding a contract. We retain your enquiry until it has been dealt with conclusively and no statutory retention obligations stand in the way.
If you contact us by e-mail or telephone, we process your details in order to deal with your request. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract-related enquiries, otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in responding.
