ALVIS2 R&D – Compact research platform for mobile robotics

Compact. Modular. Research-ready.

The ALVIS2 R&D is a highly flexible, compact robot platform in the size of a DIN A4 sheet of paper – designed for research, development, and prototyping in modern robotics. Its modular design, open interfaces, and compatibility with ROS 2 make it ideal for testing and further developing new technologies, sensor setups, and AI algorithms in a practical environment.

The ALVIS2 R&D from ALPS.Robotics was specifically designed to meet the needs of research institutions, development departments, and robotics labs.
Its compact design, modular architecture, and support for common software frameworks such as ROS 2 make it the ideal platform for experiments, sensor integration, and autonomous navigation.

The modular design allows for quick and easy combination of various chassis configurations (wheel or track), superstructures, and payload modules. This allows the ALVIS2 R&D to be optimally adapted to a wide variety of test and development environments.
